Ensure important emails land in your inbox by whitelisting newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.com. Follow provider-specific steps below to prevent messages from being filtered as spam or promotions.

Gmail (Web & Mobile)

Best Method: Create a filter + add to contacts.

On Desktop (Gmail Web)

  1. Log in to Gmail and click the Settings gear icon → See all settings.
  2. Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses → click Create a new filter.
  3. Enter newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.com in the From field → click Create filter.
  4. Check Never send it to Spam and optionally Always mark it as important.
  5. Click Create filter to save.
  6. (Optional) Go to contacts.google.comCreate contact → enter newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.comSave.

On Mobile (Gmail App)

  1. Open the Gmail app → search for newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.com.
  2. Tap on an email → tap the three-dot menu → Add to Contacts.
  3. If found in Spam, open it → tap Not spam or Move to Inbox.
  4. For complete control, create filters via Gmail Web as above. Yahoo Mail (Web & Mobile)
Best Method: Add to Contacts + create filter on web.

On Desktop (Yahoo Web)

  1. Log in → click Contacts icon → Add a new contact.
  2. Enter name + newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.comSave.
  3. To create a filter: go to SettingsMore SettingsFilters.
  4. Click Add new filters → set From contains newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.com → move to InboxSave.

On Mobile (Yahoo App)

  1. Open Yahoo app → tap menu → Spam folder.
  2. Tap an email from us → tap Not Spam or Move to Inbox.
  3. (If available) Tap sender name → Add to Contacts.

Outlook / Hotmail / Outlook.com

Best Method: Add to Safe Senders + move to Focused Inbox.

On Desktop (Web)

  1. Sign in → Settings gear → View all Outlook settings.
  2. Go to MailJunk email.
  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add → enter newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.comSave.

On Desktop App (Outlook for Windows/Mac)

  1. Right-click our email → JunkNever Block Sender.
  2. Or go to HomeJunkJunk Email Options.
  3. In the Safe Senders tab, click Add → enter newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.comOK.

On Mobile (Outlook App)

  1. Open the email → tap (three dots) → Move to Focused Inbox.
  2. Select Move this and all future messages.

AOL Mail

Best Method: Add to Contacts (Address Book).

On Web & Mobile

  1. Log in → click ContactsNew Contact.
  2. Enter newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.com → add a name → Save.
  3. If the email was in Spam, open it → click Not Spam.

Apple Mail (macOS & iOS)

Best Method: Add to Contacts + mark Not Junk + create Rule on macOS.

On macOS

  1. Open Mail app → Mail > Preferences > Rules.
  2. Add new rule → if From Ends with newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.com, move to Inbox.
  3. Also right-click an email → Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.
  4. Mark messages as Not Junk if they land in the Junk folder.

On iOS

  1. Open Mail app → locate message in Junk → tap Move to Inbox.
  2. Tap sender name → Create New Contact → save.
  3. Confirm junk filter settings under iOS Settings > Mail > Junk Mail.

ProtonMail

Best Method: Add to Allow List under Filters.

On Web

  1. Go to Settings > Filters > Spam, block, and allow lists.
  2. Click Add address or domain → select Allow.
  3. Enter newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.com → click Add.

On Mobile

  1. Open app → go to Settings > Filters.
  2. Add sender to Allow List manually.
  3. Or move email from Spam to Inbox → ProtonMail auto-learns this.

Comcast/Xfinity Mail

Best Method: Add to Contacts + create Filter.

On Web

  1. Sign in → open Address BookCreate Contact → add newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.com.
  2. Go to Settings > Filter Rules → click Add new rule.
  3. Set condition: From is exactly newsletter@mail.healthyinsight.com.
  4. Set action: Move to InboxSave.

On Mobile

  1. Open app → access Contacts or device contacts → add sender.
  2. Check Spam → move any email from us to Inbox → mark Not Spam.
